Rack Rotation Project

ITS is making improvements to the University data center on March 30-April 2, 2007. Many IT services will be unavailable, on campus and remotely, while this work is performed. Work will begin at 5:00 p.m. Friday and conclude by 8:00 a.m. Monday. Status reports will be posted throughout the weekend and when work is complete at www.albany.edu/its. It is possible that services will be restored before Monday morning.

The University website, MyUAlbany, WebCT and Internet access should be available throughout.

For a complete list of all affected services, please visit www.albany.edu/its and read our "Did You Know" announcement.

We appreciate your patience as we improve IT services to the campus community. If you have questions or concerns, please direct them to the ITS Helpdesk (ihelp@albany.edu) or 442-3700.
